Born in 1988 Allister Ann Dougherty grew up surrounded with music and art so life to her was meant to be expressed in one artistic way or another.
She loved fashion design from an early age and had her first solo fashion show when she was 17 in Denver,Co.featuring 36 pieces that she designed and made. The show was a wonderful success in raising money for a charity that she supported.

At 18 she moved to Los Angeles, Ca to attend FIDM to develop her talents in fashion design and merchandising. While attending school, her interest grew in photography.
She found that it was another way to convey her creativity and her hobby grew into a profession. She was very fortunate to work with noted fashion designers and photographers while in Los Angeles. Her portfolio ranges from original artwork, fashion illustration and design to photographic art;portrait work as well as catalog presentation.
Clothing design is still the predominate passion in Allister's life. She is currently working on her own organic line that will hopefully find it's place within the fashion industry. She has always had a desire to change that industry. To broaden our knowledge about global poverty and educate consumers how their choices in purchasing can make a difference within our world. She is a strong supporter of Fashion Fights Poverty and their desire to make this change.
She's simply an artist who cannot change the world, but maybe make a difference in sharing what she sees...
